Shipping & Returns

We currently ship to addresses in the United States only. Shipping is free on every order, and every order ships with tracking.

Estimated delivery is 4 to 15 days from dispatch for orders within the United States. Delivery dates are estimates rather than guarantees.

Tracking details are emailed after dispatch. Orders are paid in US dollars at checkout.

• Review the shipping address carefully before completing checkout
• Email orders@lumierehome.us immediately if an address needs correcting; changes cannot be guaranteed after processing begins
• If tracking has stopped updating or a package appears lost, contact support so the shipment can be reviewed
• If a package is returned to Lumière Home, support will contact you about the available reshipment or refund options

If a package arrives damaged, defective, incorrect, or not as described, email orders@lumierehome.us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos.

If tracking shows delivered but you cannot locate the package, check the delivery location and with household members before contacting us.

We accept return requests within 30 days of delivery for eligible items that are unused, in original condition, and accompanied by proof of purchase.

• For change-of-mind returns, the buyer pays return shipping
• Approved damaged, defective, incorrect, or not-as-described items are resolved by Lumière Home
• We do not charge a restocking fee
• Refunds are sent to the original payment method after approval and inspection
