It varies by lamp, so check the power note on the product page before ordering. Some are USB powered and stay connected while in use, some are mains powered with a plug suited to US outlets, and some are cordless with a rechargeable battery.

The lamps in the Cordless & Rechargeable collection run from an internal rechargeable battery, so they can sit away from a socket. Each product page states the battery capacity and how it charges.

For USB-powered and rechargeable lamps, the cable is included but a wall adapter is not. Mains-powered lamps ship with a plug suited to US outlets. The in-the-box list on each product page confirms what is supplied.

Most lamps in the range offer more than one light tone and adjustable brightness, typically through a touch control or a switch on the cord. The exact modes are listed on each product page.

Finishes vary by lamp and are shown as selectable options on each product page. Only the finishes you can actually order appear there.

Measurements are listed in the description on every product page, along with a note on the room size each lamp suits. Sizes range from compact shelf lamps to taller ceramic bedside lamps.

Estimated delivery is 4 to 15 days from dispatch for orders within the United States. Delivery dates are estimates rather than guarantees.

Customs duties or import taxes, where they apply, are the buyer’s responsibility unless checkout states otherwise.

Checkout is handled by PayPal, which also accepts Venmo and PayPal Pay Later. All orders are charged in US dollars, and your payment details are handled by PayPal and never stored on this site.

Eligible unused items in original condition may be requested for return within 30 days of delivery. Contact orders@lumierehome.us before sending anything back so we can confirm the correct return address. Change-of-mind return shipping is paid by the buyer, and we do not charge a restocking fee.

Email orders@lumierehome.us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the item and packaging. Approved damaged, defective, incorrect or not-as-described items are resolved by Lumière Home.

Once a return is approved and the item inspected, refunds are sent to the original payment method within 5 to 10 business days. Your bank or card provider may take additional time to post it.
