30-Day Return Window
Lumière Home accepts return requests within 30 days of delivery for eligible items. Returned items must be unused, in their original condition, and accompanied by proof of purchase.
How to Start a Return
To begin a return, please contact us through our Contact page with your order details and the reason for the return. We will reply with the next steps once your request has been reviewed.
Return Shipping
If you are returning an item because you changed your mind, you are responsible for return shipping costs. If an item is approved as damaged, defective, incorrect, or not as described, Lumière Home will resolve the issue and cover return shipping when needed.
Fees
We do not charge a restocking fee.
Refund Timing
After the return is approved and the item is inspected, refunds are sent back to the original payment method within 5 to 10 business days. Your bank or card provider may take additional time to post the refund to your account.
Order Cancellations
Orders can be canceled before they enter processing or shipping. If you need to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible through the Contact page.
