30-Day Return Window
Lumière Home accepts return requests within 30 days of delivery for eligible items. Returned items must be unused, in their original condition, and accompanied by proof of purchase.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, incorrect, or not as described, email support@lumierehome.us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photographs. Items approved under this section are resolved by Lumière Home at our cost, and you are not asked to pay return shipping.
How to Start a Return
To begin a return, email support@lumierehome.us, or contact us through our Contact page, with your order number and the reason for the return. Please wait for our reply before sending anything back so we can confirm the correct return address. We will reply with the next steps once your request has been reviewed.
Return Shipping
If you are returning an item because you changed your mind, you are responsible for return shipping costs. Some products are fulfilled by third-party suppliers and may be dispatched from outside the United States, including from China. The correct return address depends on the item, so we confirm it in writing when your return is approved — you will know the destination and what return shipping will cost before you send anything back. If an item is approved as damaged, defective, incorrect, or not as described, Lumière Home will resolve the issue and cover return shipping when needed.
Fees
We do not charge a restocking fee.
Refund Timing
After the return is approved and the item is inspected, refunds are sent back to the original payment method within 5 to 10 business days. Your bank or card provider may take additional time to post the refund to your account.
Order Cancellations
Orders can be canceled before they enter processing or shipping. If you need to cancel an order, email support@lumierehome.us as soon as possible, or contact us through the Contact page.
