US shipping only
Lumiere Home currently ships to the United States only. Orders with shipping addresses outside the United States cannot be completed at checkout at this time.
Processing time
Orders are processed within 1-3 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed on the next business day.
Transit time
United States orders are estimated to arrive within 5-12 business days after processing. Total estimated delivery time is usually 6-15 business days from the date the order is placed, depending on processing time and carrier movement.
Shipping cost
United States orders qualify for free standard shipping. No separate standard shipping fee is added at checkout for eligible US orders.
Carriers and fulfillment
Orders may be delivered by USPS, UPS, FedEx, DHL, or local postal partners depending on the product, fulfillment partner, and delivery address. Some items may ship separately if they are fulfilled from different locations.
Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking updates to appear after the carrier receives the package.
Missing or incomplete orders
If your package has not arrived, is marked delivered but cannot be found, or arrives with an item missing, contact us at fearlessmike246@gmail.com or +27 74 903 7816 with your order number. We will review the shipment and help with a replacement, refund, or other appropriate solution when the issue is confirmed.

We do not currently ship outside the United States. Customers are responsible for entering a complete and accurate US shipping address at checkout.
