30-day return window
You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.
Eligibility
Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as received. Please do not send items back before receiving return instructions.
Damaged, defective, or incorrect items
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery and include your order number, a description of the issue, and photos of the product and packaging. If approved, we will arrange the appropriate solution, which may include a replacement, refund, or return instructions. Lumiere Home covers return shipping when the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect.
Order never arrived
If your tracking shows no delivery update for an unusual amount of time, or if the order is marked delivered but you did not receive it, contact us as soon as possible. We will review the tracking information, work with the carrier or fulfillment partner where possible, and help with the next step. If the package is confirmed lost, we will offer a replacement or refund.
How to request a return
You can request a return by emailing fearlessmike246@gmail.com or by calling +27 74 903 7816. Please include your order number, the item you want to return, and the reason for the return. We will respond with return instructions.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5-10 business days. Your bank or payment provider may need additional time to post the refund.
Return shipping costs
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective, damaged, incorrect, or otherwise covered by our error. Original shipping costs, if any, are non-refundable unless required by law.
